• Account Information: When registering, we collect your email address and authentication credentials.
• Edge Request Metadata: When routing traffic through OakWall, our edge proxies inspect HTTP/HTTPS request headers, IP addresses, request paths, user-agent strings, and behavioral signatures to identify and drop malicious payloads.
• Billing Data: Payment details are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers. We do not store raw card numbers on our servers.

3. How We Use Traffic Data

Edge traffic data is analyzed in real time solely for:

• Detecting and mitigating HTTP floods, automated scrapers, and credential attacks.
• Generating aggregated traffic and bandwidth analytics in your customer dashboard.
• Maintaining edge routing stability and preventing platform abuse.

We do not inspect or monetize the payload contents of your application traffic for advertising or profiling.

4. Data Retention & Security

Edge operational logs and threat event traces are retained on an automated rolling rotation cycle (typically 7 to 30 days) before permanent deletion. All data in transit and at rest is secured using industry-standard TLS encryption and hardened infrastructure protocols.

5. Your Rights

You retain the right to access, modify, export, or permanently delete your account data and registered domain configurations at any time via your dashboard or by reaching out to our team.
