1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, routing your domains through our edge proxies, or using any part of the OakWall platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Service Scope & Provision
OakWall provides web application firewall (WAF), Layer 7 reverse proxy routing, intelligent challenge verification, and edge traffic mitigation. We strive for high availability and low latency across our global edge nodes.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use OakWall solely for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use OakWall to shield malware distribution, phishing campaigns, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to compromise, disrupt, or reverse engineer OakWall's edge proxies, API endpoints, or routing infrastructure.
- Resell or exploit OakWall services without prior written agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any domain violating these policies immediately without prior notice.
4. Fees, Billing & Cancellation
Paid tiers (such as Pro and Enterprise) are billed on a fixed monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing dashboard.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
OakWall services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we employ state-of-the-art threat mitigation techniques, no security solution can guarantee absolute protection against all conceivable attack vectors. OakWall shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or upstream provider failures.
